What to expect

Medical history and a postural analysis will be given on your first visit from which an individual and personalised treatment will be devised. This will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand. 

Incorrect posture can be a major contributing factor to many musculoskeletal problems which in turn can impact on the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Following this I can provide you with an individual treatment. You may require remedial massage, a HELTh (Heat Enhanced Lymphatic Therapy) treatment, or possibly a combination of both. Every ‘body’ is different and therefore, every treatment I give is specific to an individual. I also offer an Ayurvedic Facelift Massage which works on the lymphatic, circulatory and acupuncture points in the face, neck and shoulders. This can be given as a stand alone treatment or add-on to a remedial or HELTh Treatment.

Remedial massage treatments:

First consultation including bespoke treatment:
£55.00 (60 mins approx)

Subsequent remedial massage treatments:
£50.00 (45mins - 60mins)

Heat enhanced lymphatic therapy (HELTh):

£80.00 (90 mins) full body

£55.00 (45 - 50 minutes) half body

Ayurvedic Facelift Massage:

£55.00 (50 mins approx)
